railroad from Northborough to a branch of The Boston and Worcester at Framingham center.

construct a railroad from the NEW BEDFORD AND TAUNTON RAILROAD at Taunton to the FALL RIVER RAILROAD

at Middleborough so as to intersect THE CAPE COD BRANCH RAILROAD.

branch of the Boston & Providence, which opened for service June, 1850.
