of THE CONNECTICUT VALLEY RAILROAD. (Company organized March 10, 1880.)

Incorporation THE NANTASKET BEACH RAILROAD COMPANY (No. 1) incorporated in Massachusetts. Constructed a 3 foot gauge

railroad from Nantasket Beach near the steamboat wharf to the foot of Allerton Hill. Changed to standard gauge April 9, 1880.

Incorporation NANTASKET BEACH RAILROAD COMPANY (No. 2) incorporated in Massachusetts for the purpose of effecting a

consolidation of the NANTASKET BEACH RAILROAD (No. 1), the HULL & NANTASKET BEACH RAILROAD

COMPANY and THE BOSTON, HINGHAM & HULL RAILROAD COMPANY. (Consolidation effected March 21, 1881.)

Mortgage Bonds of SHEPAUG VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY. (Company organized May 16, 1887.)

99 years.
