RAILROAD COMPANY. (Renewed each year till 1902, then extended for 50 years.)

Milestone Charles P. Clark steps down as the 3rd President of the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, after nearly 13

years in office, citing ill health. Judge John Manning Hall is elected President in his place.

Acquisition NEW YORK & CONNECTICUT RAILROAD COMPANY capital stock acquired by THE NEW YORK, NEW HAVEN &

HARTFORD RAILROAD and the PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD jointly.

Milestone PRR agrees with J. Hampton Barnes to purchase all stock of New York Connecting Railroad for $152,500; is to be used to
