The NHRHTA has produced several HO-scale car kits based on New Haven Railroad equipment. Here is the
list of kits currently available:
40' Boxcars
NHRHTA 31000- and 36000-Series Box Cars (McGinnis red-orange with white lettering) --
$29.95 each assembled. These assembled cars are based on Intermountain Railway Company's 40'
1937 AAR boxcar model. We have three numbers available.
NHRHTA 36000-Series Box Car Kits (black with white
billboard Mcginnis block NH heralds with safety appliances red) -- $29.95 each assembled. These

Craftsman Kits
Our NHRHTA Craftsman Kits feature flat cast resin car sides. The kits come unassembled and unpainted
with decals. The kits do not include trucks and couplers.
Craftsman Kit #1: Rebuilt Wooden Box Car -- $19.95 each. A double-sheathed wooden box
car, with Dreadnought ends and steel doors. Decals included. Less trucks and couplers.
Craftsman Kit #4: Rebuilt Wooden Box Car -- $19.95 each. A double-sheathed wooden box

The NHRHTA has produced a number of limited edition custom HO-scale passenger car kits. The kits feature
etched brass nickel-plated car sides produced exclusively for the NHRHTA by Concord Junction. The core kits
are from Eastern Car Works. There are no wheels in the kits, as most passenger car modelers use their own.
Currently, the NHRHTA has the county car kits available. The county car kits are available in
the rebuilt version with the baggage room
converted to drawing rooms. Microscale has recently redone their New Haven decal sheets. The decal sheets
show the Diner and County car names.
Sorry, we are sold out of the 8600-series coach,
the 200-series county car with baggage compartment, the 300-series and 400-series parlor car, the 900-series diner
and the 950-series grill car kits.
