The NHRHTA has produced
several HO-scale car kits based on New Haven Railroad equipment. Here
is the list of kits currently available:
Locomotives
Limited run of Atlas ALCO-GE S-2
switchers (NHRR Class DEY-5) in the 1944 delivery paint scheme - #13
Pullman Green -- $90 each assembled. We have two numbers
available.
Limited run of Atlas ALCO-GE
HH660 switchers (NHRR Class DEY-1-b) in the first warm orange/ hunter
green scheme with "NEW HAVEN" along the top of the hood
sides. -- DC units are $120 each. DCC units with sound are $225
each. Two road numbers are available for both the DC and DCC models:
0924 & 0926.
40' Boxcars
NHRHTA 36000-Series Box Car Kits
(black with white billboard Mcginnis block NH heralds with safety
appliances red) -- $29.95 each assembled. These assembled cars are
based on Intermountain Railway Company's 40' 1937 AAR boxcar model.
We have four numbers available.
Craftsman Kits
Our NHRHTA Craftsman Kits
feature flat cast resin car sides. The kits come unassembled and
unpainted with decals. The kits do not include trucks and couplers.
Craftsman Kit #4: Rebuilt Wooden
Box Car -- $19.95 each. A double-sheathed wooden box car, with steel
brace ends and wood doors. Decals included. Less trucks and couplers.
Craftsman Kit #12: 5300 - 5404
Series 60-Foot Baggage Car -- $33.95 each. Decals included. Less
trucks and couplers.
