NEW HAVEN RAILROAD SIGNAL STATION NUMBERS

Last Updated 8 July 2009

Bill Sample has compiled the following list of New Haven Signal Stations.  The list was supplied by Richard Abramson, with additional input by H. M. Vallas (HMV) and Bert D. Johanson (BDJ). Special thanks to Peter E Lynch, who reviewed, updated and corrected the list.

Many locations were not dedicated tower buildings but cabins or within station buildings. Most post-New Haven RR structures not listed even if open at the same location – this especially applies with moveable bridge control cabins.

Thanks to Bill, Richard, Bert, Peter and H.M. Vallas for their hard work in compiling this list.  Please submit any corrections or additions to wdsample@snet.net.

+ indicates historic structure mostly intact as of September 2006.
