We are taking reservations for Rapido’s latest offering of the New Haven FL9 locomotives. It has been 10-years, since the New Haven versions were done, and they may never be done again. As a bonus, they are making a special “NHRHTA EXCLUSIVE” in offering the “HAAS REPAINTS”. Two numbers are available (never before run) and can be reserved in DC or DC/DCC/Sound versions. Clinics & Presentations GALORE! From 10a to 4p we have a full HALF DOZEN folks presenting on a variety of NHRR topics, from modeling to history to accessing the UCONN Archive. And if that isn’t enough, we’ll be screening additional NHRR movies from 4-530.
Saturday Night Dinner is a MUST! Not only for fellowship with your fellow NHRR fans, but we will be presenting long-time NHRHTA President Bill Dulmaine with a token of our deep gratitude and appreciation for all of his many years of service. Rapido Trains will be producing the unique drop-bottom gondolas, very similar to New Haven’s 15 Standard Steel Car Co. gons, that they purchased in 1930. As usual, these can be reserved through the Readville Shops and are available as single cars or in a 6-pack of different numbers. If you order more than one car (up to six), all numbers will be different. Our price is $42 each, with the 6-pack @$248.
